Also, if you haven’t done so already, join their Cinemark Movie Rewards loyalty program. There is a free version of the program, or you can opt to pay $9.99 per month and score some great perks, including a coupon for a free movie ticket each month. Here are some of the details:
The Cinemark Movie Fan program is the free version. It gives you one point per $1 spent and you can redeem points for movie tickets and other rewards. You get member access to screenings and advance tickets, plus exclusive member discounts and access to extra discount Tuesday savings.
But if you spring for $9.99 per month, you can be a member of the Cinemark Movie Club. That gets you all of the benefits of the Cinemark Movie Fan program, plus these extras: one ticket per month (which roll over instead of expiring), 20% off all concessions, waived online fees, and member pricing for an additional ticket.
Even better, if you’re a member of the Cinemark Movie Club and visit 25 times in a year or buy 60 tickets in a year, you get upgraded for free to Cinemark Movie Club Platinum. That unlocks even more benefits, including a one-time bonus of two free tickets each year that you qualify for the platinum upgrade, 25% off concessions (instead of 20%), and up to five additional tickets per transaction at member price.
