Again, this trip was actually a better deal than it looks since I do not include the gas card in the calculations. If you consider that the gas was going to be bought anyways, it was actually a slight moneymaker trip.
I was happy to pick up some healthy foods. I even went out of my way to pick some of the lower calorie Birds Eye meals. The Milk Bites aren’t really healthy, but there are worse snacks I could have around the house. At least the bars are small and the calorie count isn’t that bad.
Anyways, here’s what I bought and the coupons used:
TWO SILK ALMONDMILK HALF GALLONS, on sale $2.50 (regular price $3.49)
Used two $0.75/1 Silk Quart, Half Gallon or Single-Serve 4-pack printable
NET PRICE FOR ALL: $3.50 (or $1.75 each!)
FOUR GOLD PEAK TEA, on sale $1 (regular price $1.29)
Used four $0.75/1 Gold Peak Tea printables
NET PRICE FOR ALL: $1 (or 25 cents each!)
ONE JENNIE-O TURKEY BURGERS 32 OZ., on sale $7.99 (regular price $9.29)
Used one $2/1 Jennie-O Turkey Burgers printable

TWO KRAFT MILK BITES BARS, regular price $2.99
Used one BOGO Kraft Milk Bites Publix “Cooking with Kraft” store coupon
and used two $0.75/1 Milk Bites printable manufacturer coupon

TWO BIRDS EYE VOILA! MEALS, on sale BOGO $4.83
Used two $2/1 Birds Eye Voila! printable coupons
NET PRICE FOR ALL: $0.83 (or 41 cents each!)
ONE ALEXIA SWEET POTATO FRIES, on sale $3 (regular price $3.79)
Used one $0.75/1 Alexia Frozen Item, PUBLIX COUPON Publix Booklet, Freshen Up Your Menu
and used one $1/1 Alexia Sweet Potato manufacturer coupon
NET PRICE: $1.25
I also used a $5 off $30 Publix Spring Cleaning Booklet coupon.
Total Retail Value of All Items: $40.86
Special Price Savings (Sales/BOGOs): $10.06
Coupon Savings (Store/Manufacturer): $21.74
Net Price Paid: $9.06 (plus 28 cents tax)
Savings Rate (excluding tax): 77.8%
But if you factor in the $10 profit on the gas card, the net price paid is actually over 100%, as I paid less than $50 for the total transaction which includes the $50 gas card.
In case you’re wondering, there’s no picture of this haul because we lost the original image while moving the site to a new server some time ago.
